A modern digital experience for historic Yorkshire event
Digital marketing agency Beanie Media has been appointed by Emley Show to design and develop a new website that will support the much‑loved agricultural show’s ambition to go fully paperless and strengthen its commitment to sustainability.
As part of the project, Beanie Media will build a custom, secure dashboard to streamline exhibitor entries and simplify payments. The new system will allow the show committee to track and manage submissions in one place, replacing the largely manual, paper‑based process that has long relied on offline forms and created a significant administrative burden for the volunteer‑led team.
The platform will not only enhance the visitor and exhibitor experience, it will also automate and centralise key tasks, reducing waste and supporting the show’s drive to operate more efficiently.
Pam Dyson from Emley Show said;
“We are delighted to be working with Beanie Media and already feel like we are in a really safe pair of hands with Melissa and her team. They come highly recommended not only for their web development and design expertise, but also for being incredibly easy to work with. Their experience in delivering technical solutions gives us real confidence as we move towards becoming a fully paperless show.”
Melissa Cooper, the founder and MD of Beanie Media, added:
“We love working on technical projects that deliver measurable impact, and this partnership with Emley Show is a perfect example. Whilst the new website will feature a fresh, friendly and welcoming design to help visitors easily book tickets and explore the show, the primary focus is on transforming the show’s manual operational processes, with a streamlined digital system. We will help the committee save time, reduce waste, and create a better experience for exhibitors and visitors alike. It’s a real privilege to support such an iconic Yorkshire event as it modernises for the future.”
The Emley show will take place on Saturday, 1st August 2026, which also happens to be Yorkshire Day. Tickets can be booked through their website emleyshow.co.uk
