Claritas Tax appoints partner to head up new Leeds office

Claritas Tax has appointed a tax partner and head of its new Leeds office.

Justine Stalker brings with her more than 26 years’ tax experience and joined the Claritas team on 2 June 2025.

With specialisms in R&D, shareholder taxes, corporate reorganisations and M&A advisory, Stalker will be working with the company’s wider team of experts to provide advice to the Yorkshire market and beyond.

The new Leeds office marks a significant milestone in Claritas’ growth as it continues to scale its national reach.

Claritas has previously served the Yorkshire region from other UK offices. Establishing a dedicated base at Platform in Leeds is set to significantly enhance the company’s ability to provide advice to the local market.
