Clearpoint Recycling Launches Certified Broker Scheme to Create New Career Pathways

Yorkshire-based independent recycling and waste management company, Clearpoint Recycling, has announced the launch of its new Certified Broker Scheme, an innovative initiative designed to open opportunities for young people in Yorkshire and beyond to explore careers in waste management.

Clearpoint Recycling has seen rapid expansion in recent years, with projected turnover expected to exceed £20 million in 2025, representing more than 20% year-on-year growth. The growth underpins the company’s investment in pioneering programmes like the Certified Broker Scheme, which combines commercial innovation with skills development and entrepreneurship.

The scheme allows independent waste brokers, or those looking for a career in the recycling industry to benefit from Clearpoint’s robust infrastructure, including its compliance expertise, logistics network, financial stability, and international trading platforms. It also provides an accessible route for young people in Yorkshire to enter the industry, with mentoring, training, and the chance to build independent careers while enjoying the stability and backing of a major employer.
