Fast-growing real estate specialist Pantera Advisory Group has expanded into new 4,000 sq ft offices in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

The independent real estate and property valuation and advisory business, and RICS-recognised surveying practice, has announced the move as part of an ambitious 30% growth plan for 2026.

The group, which launched a new valuation services division in 2025 as part of its continued expansion, has relocated its 18-strong Harrogate team to the offices on Cardale Park as the firm eyes further expansion, including the addition of several new hires.

Founder and CEO Tom Snook said that the move, which has doubled the size of Pantera’s offices, would allow for further growth as the business expands across the UK and plans new regional office launches this year.

“We had outgrown our Harrogate head office after a decade of building our client base, and with a growing team, offering new services and with new hires imminent, we have invested in a new head office that will enable us to scale in the coming years,” said Tom.

“We recently launched a new valuation services division, which is already beating our plan for its maiden year and, as our client base and services expand, we are planning for further rapid growth both in Yorkshire and our City of London offices.”

Founded in 2016 by chartered surveyor Tom Snook, Pantera Advisory Group, which includes Pantera Property and Pantera Valuation Services, now employs over 25 people across its London and Harrogate offices.
