The UK’s fastest-growing founder-led businesses have been revealed in the highly prestigious FEBE Growth 100.

Now in its fourth year, the ranking celebrates the people building the fastest-growing British businesses where founders remain at the helm. But it isn’t just a list. It’s a community. A celebration. A snapshot of the energy, ambition, and resilience that define the UK entrepreneurial scene. Founders on this list are making an impact, and FEBE is proud to champion them.

Tectonix Natural Stone of Leeds has made the prestigious line-up.

Tectonix , established in mid-2022 in Gildersome, Leeds, has rapidly emerged as a leading supplier in the landscaping industry, specialising in natural stone and porcelain products for the commercial landscaping market. Founded with a vision to challenge the way things have always been done, Tectonix was built on the core principles of quality, service, and transparency. Their journey began with a clear goal: to combine deep industry knowledge with a fresh, customer-focused approach.

This momentum was recognised earlier in the year when they were honoured with the Fastest Growth Award for Yorkshire at the BusinessDesk.com Business of the Year Awards 2025.

From day one, their mission has been to raise the bar in an often traditional industry, and this recognition marks a proud milestone in their journey as founders.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Co-Founder Dave Stanger said:
“We’ve built this business from the ground up, driven by a hands-on approach and a refusal to accept the status quo. Launching without the resources of a large PLC meant we had to be agile from day one, but staying true to our values got us through every challenge. Being part of the FEBE 100 community is a recognition of our belief that doing the right thing for clients, for the trades, and for the planet isn’t just possible, it’s powerful. We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, and excited about what’s next.”

FEBE measures growth using robust metrics and rigorous research, including two-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR), revenue performance, and founder involvement. All qualifying companies are UK-registered, privately owned, independent and have generated annual revenues between £3 million and £200 million with an operating profit in their latest financial year.

Charlotte Quince, founder of FEBE, said:
“The Growth 100 isn’t just a leaderboard – it’s a tribute to the founders pushing boundaries, taking risks, and building brilliant businesses against all odds.”
