Monty Miracle moves in and cleans up at Radius One City West

Leading outdoor cleaning company Monty Miracle has moved into new headquarters as it expands its operation – and has already cleaned the building.

The Yorkshire family business has taken premises in Seneca’s Radius One City West on Leeds Ring Road, joining the likes of The Square Ball and 21 Degrees Digital to take advantage of its convenient location and top spec meeting facilities.

The 30,000 square foot facility has recently undertaken a full refurbishment to offer high end flexible office suites and a large executive business lounge, as well as electric vehicle chargers, bike racks, shower facilities, and a sizable outside seating area. And now the design-led building looks equally good on the outside, as Seneca contracted Monty Miracle to give the exterior rendered walls a deep clean, which will be followed by annual maintenance cleans.

“We have outgrown our original office in Wetherby, as the team has doubled in the last few months and we really needed somewhere that offered good meeting facilities with easy transport connections,” says Monty Miracle director Peter Beaumont. “With separate manufacturing and warehousing facilities on the outskirts of the city, this office provides us with the perfect location to meet with customers and suppliers and ensure we are continuing to grow at the right pace. And as a Leeds United fan, I cannot fault the views of Elland Road!”

Monty Miracle was created by Peter’s uncle Martin Beaumont, who leveraged his experience of working with English Heritage and Shell to create the perfect chemical cleaner for hard exterior surfaces. The product is supplied to retail, professional trade and consumer customers all over the UK and has recently launched in Northern America.
