New Lawyer for Inspire Legal Group

Following a period of significant growth driven by its 2025 merger, Inspire Legal Group has appointed experienced employment lawyer Kate Walsh to support the continued expansion of its Employment Law department.

Kate joins the team with 12 years of employment law experience, bringing a valuable blend of consultancy expertise and significant in-house insight. Most recently serving as in-house employment counsel for a global organisation, she has developed a deep understanding of both the legal complexities of workforce management and the commercial realities businesses face. Her dual perspective enables her to deliver advice that is not only technically robust but also commercially aligned, strengthening the support that ILG provides to its clients.

In her role, she will advise on the full range of employment issues, from complex discrimination claims to day-to-day HR queries.
