OneSource HR Founder Elected to Sheffield Chamber of Commerce Council

Chloe Wallace, founder of OneSource HR, has been elected to the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce Council following a competitive recruitment process led by the Chamber’s Nominations Committee. Her appointment strengthens the Chamber’s HR expertise at a time of significant change for employers across the region.

The Chamber specifically sought HR leadership this year in response to the fast-evolving employment law landscape, particularly as the Employment Rights Act received Royal Assent in December 2025. The legislation is expected to become a major focus for businesses of all sizes, making specialist insight essential to the Chamber’s strategic work.
The Chamber Council represents the voice of the local business community, shaping the organisation’s direction and constructively contributing to its priorities for the period ahead. The first Council meeting of the new term took place in January 2025, welcoming newly elected members from a wide range of sectors across South Yorkshire.

Chloe brings extensive HR and organisational culture expertise to the Council. She is the creator of the CEASE framework®, a structured approach to preventing workplace sexual harassment that has gained significant attention in Yorkshire’s business community and nationally. Her work with the Chamber already includes delivering its signature prevention of sexual harassment training to line managers and employees in December 2025, reinforcing the Chamber’s commitment to modelling best practice.
