Synergy Car Leasing has recognised more than 100 years of combined service among long-standing employees as the business enters its 20th year.

Ten members of the team have each worked at the Harrogate-based vehicle leasing company for ten years or more, with a combined 117 years of service at Synergy.

Client services director Gemma Manning is celebrating 18 years at Synergy this year.

Managing director Will Voisey, senior account manager Jonathan Kyle, IT and technical services director Jean Paul Levahn, and sales account manager Craig Denison have accumulated 48 years’ service.

A further five employees, including marketing and communications director Nicola Ech-Channa, senior account manager Lisa Medd, finance administrator Karen Lofthouse, reporting and facilities co-ordinator Daniel Miller, and head of fleet and business sales Lucie Almond, are all celebrating a decade with the business.

Will Voisey joined Synergy in 2013 as a sales account manager and now leads the company as managing director. He says, “We’re very lucky to have so many people who have been part of Synergy for over ten years. It means a lot to us, and it says a great deal about the culture we’ve built together. That experience and continuity make a real difference to how we support our customers, work as a team and keep moving the business forward.

“For our customers, it means they’re dealing with people who really know their stuff and understand the leasing journey inside out. The industry has changed a lot over the last 20 years, and more change will come. What stays the same is our commitment to our people and to delivering the best possible customer experience.”

The milestones were recognised during a company event held at Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate as part of its 20th anniversary celebrations.
