Trio of new directors at York construction company

York construction company Lindum has appointed three new directors.
Existing employees at the Elvington-based business have been promoted after demonstrating exceptional dedication, leadership, and expertise.

Lindum Group’s Executive Board approved the appointments this week, reflecting the company’s commitment to recognising and rewarding talent and dedication within its workforce.

Commercial Manager Lester Fisher, Construction Manager Gary Allen and Dominic Kidd, who leads the Pre-Construction/Estimating team as well as the Design Managers, have all been made Directors of Lindum York.

Managing Director James Nellist said: “Lester has excellent attention to detail and supports the wider business, whether this be recruitment, team cohesion, marketing or simply a sounding board for a challenge at hand.”

“Meanwhile, Gary has really taken ownership of project delivery, quality control and aftercare in particular. We really appreciate his work ethic, enthusiasm and care in ensuring projects are well managed.”

“And Dom combines academic and technical expertise, finding solutions before we get to site that ensure we help clients save money and reduce risk, as well as offering the team excellent support and training.”
Elsewhere in the Lindum Group, Nigel Parker and Stephen Roberts have been made Directors of Lindum Construction in Lincoln and the Group’s Health and Safety Manager Robert Wright has been promoted to Director of Health and Safety.
