Prestige housebuilder Beal Homes is celebrating the successful launch of its King’s Crescent development in Hull’s popular Kingswood neighbourhood, with buyers securing some of the first homes released.

Beal is investing £120m in the 450-home development, which will feature a collection of two, three and four-bedroom semi-detached, mews and detached properties, including many of Beal’s most popular house types.

Homes currently available at King’s Crescent are priced from £250,00 for a three-bedroom semi-detached to £395,000 for a four-bedroom detached property with a detached garage. Further plots, including two-bedroom homes, are expected to be released soon.

Prospective buyers visited Beal’s Showroom and Design Lounge at Bridgehead business park in Hessle for a special launch event, offering the first chance to reserve homes at King’s Crescent.

Among the first buyers at King’s Crescent were Chris and Ben Lancaster, who reserved a four-bedroom Langton home. The couple decided it was time to upsize after eight years in their current home.

Chris said: “My husband and I have always known our dream home would be a Beal home. The build quality and the range of choices available are far superior to anything we’ve seen from other housebuilders.

“We were so excited to visit the Design Lounge. We were amazed by the choice available, even down to selecting different internal doors. I’ve never known another housebuilder offer that level of personalisation.

“We both work in creative industries, so we can’t wait to put our own stamp on the house … though I am colourblind, so I’ll definitely be relying on the expertise of the Beal design team!”

Beal’s Sales and Marketing Director, Ross Clarkson, said: “It was fantastic to welcome prospective buyers to our Showroom and Design Lounge, with people eager to secure their dream home from the very first release.

“We’ve seen more of a demand for three and four-bedroom properties at King’s Crescent, and we were able to fulfil those needs in the first release of homes.”

King’s Crescent continues Beal’s unrivalled track record of creating high-quality new communities in Kingswood.
Since 1994, Beal has delivered more than 1,200 high-quality new homes in the area and has played a leading role in creating a thriving suburban neighbourhood.

King’s Crescent is being developed on a 52-acre site off Richmond Way, with infrastructure works already underway.
