From solving crimes to signing books: Yorkshire detective heads to Glasgow Book Bonanza

Yorkshire crime author, Roshan Pitteea, will travel to Scotland later this month to meet readers and fellow writers at one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent author events.

Roshan will appear at the Glasgow Book Bonanza on Sunday 19th July at The Boardwalk from 11am to 3pm, where more than 30 independent authors will come together for a day of book signings, reader Q&As and literary networking. The event celebrates independent publishing and gives readers the opportunity to discover new authors across a range of genres.

A former child protection social worker and with a background in policing, Roshan has built a growing following for his gritty psychological crime novels, which draw on his frontline experience investigating domestic abuse and safeguarding vulnerable people.

Visitors to the event will have the opportunity to meet Roshan, discuss the real-life experiences that inspire his fiction and purchase signed copies of his novels, Care & Control and The Voodoo Room.
