Growing digital audio adtech business audioadpro move to Leeds HQ

Digital audio advertising platform audioadpro is celebrating its second anniversary with a move into newly refurbished headquarters at Joseph’s Well in Leeds city centre.

Founded by Roger Cutsforth and Michael Dobson, the Leeds-based company has relocated to the historic multi-let office building on Hanover Walk as it expands its operations. The move marks the next stage of its development and reinforces its commitment to the North as a long-term base.

Partnering with ad agencies and advertisers to reach precision audiences across the entire digital audio ecosystem, audioadpro works with brands in markets across the globe from its new purpose-designed space.

The company has taken occupation of a 1,555 sq ft ground floor suite – previously occupied by Heart Radio and was formerly the sales office for radio station Galaxy 105, latterly Capital Yorkshire. Designed and delivered by the in-house team at J Pullan & Sons Ltd (Pullans), the office has been completely transformed into a contemporary workspace featuring exposed ceilings, a new kitchen, dedicated meeting room, modern heating and cooling, and a private entrance providing audioadpro with its own branded identity within the building.

Celebrating the move, Co-founder Roger Cutsforth said:
“Personally speaking, being back in Leeds is fantastic; it’s such a vibrant city with a fantastic advertising and digital scene. It just makes sense for us to be here, and Joseph’s Well, with its rich legacy in both music and radio, is the perfect location for us.”

Co-founder Michael Dobson added:
“This feels like our perfect ‘audio base’ for the team. It’s a really great environment that gives us the space to scale over the coming months and years. It feels right that it once was a force in the radio industry, and now is the UK HQ for audioadpro.”

Christophe Demoulin, Contracts Manager at Pullans, said:
“It has been a pleasure working closely with the audioadpro team to create a workspace that reflects the next stage of their growth. Transforming an office that had been home to the previous occupier for more than 15 years into a modern headquarters has been a rewarding project, and it’s fantastic to see the space begin its next chapter. We’re delighted to welcome another innovative digital business to Joseph’s Well. Businesses like audioadpro are helping to build a thriving community of creative, digital and professional companies, and we look forward to seeing the team continue to grow.”

The move comes as demand for specialist digital audio expertise continues to increase, with the new Leeds HQ expected to support closer collaboration and further development across the sector.
