Hippo welcomes Andy Kemp as Chief Commercial Officer
The independent digital transformation consultancy has strengthened its executive team with key appointment of industry leader.
Bringing over 25 years of deep expertise and experience in digital and data transformation across the public and private sectors, Andy Kemp has joined Leeds-headquartered Hippo as the company’s new Chief Commercial Officer.
Andy was previously the Director for Public Sector at Kainos, responsible for strategic direction, ensuring operational efficiency and delivery excellence across a wide range of UK Government departments. With prior commercial leadership roles at both Kainos and BAE Systems, Andy’s extensive background spans both public and private sector transformation and management experience.
Stepping into the role of CCO at Hippo, Andy will be responsible for driving Hippo’s commercial strategy, forging strategic partnerships and accelerating the delivery of impactful digital solutions for the company’s growing portfolio of public and private sector clients.
Throughout his career, Andy has demonstrated a passionate commitment to building and leading high-performing teams. His approach is deeply rooted in collaboration, working side-by-side with customers and partners to deliver tangible business outcomes that fundamentally improve the lives of end users.
At Hippo, Andy will leverage his decades of experience to continue scaling the business, while ensuring the company continues to deliver human-centered, AI-enabled and data-driven solutions.
