Local nursing home is all good

A popular nursing home located in Steeton, has been awarded a ‘Good’ rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with several areas of its inspection report also rated ‘Outstanding’. The successful rating follows a rigorous evaluation process at Currergate Nursing Home by the inspection body and reflects the dedication and professionalism of the home’s staff and management team.
The independent, family-run nursing home, which is part of Czajka Care Group, has undergone significant investment over the past year. This includes the opening of a stunning new orangery and a three-storey extension adding 15 new en-suite rooms, increasing the home’s capacity to 47 residents aged 65 and over.
