Sycamore Communications launches specialist podcast service connecting business founders with recognised guests
Award-winning PR agency Sycamore Communications has launched a specialist podcast guest booking and strategy service designed to help business founders, coaches, consultants and industry experts secure recognised names for their podcasts.
The service provides an alternative to automated guest-matching platforms and high-volume outreach. Every potential guest is researched, approached and booked personally by Sycamore Communications through its established relationships with agents, managers, publicists and industry professionals.
Sycamore Communications, which works with clients in Yorkshire and throughout the North, has already secured more than 300 podcast and interview guests, including Joe Wicks, Davina McCall, Jo Malone, Levi Roots, Eamonn Holmes, Kelly Hoppen CBE, Frank Bruno, John Caudwell and Sara Davies.
The agency recently generated 12 interview opportunities within seven days for a new podcast that had not yet launched and had no existing audience, social media presence or established host profile. The new service is intended for established business owners and experts who either have an existing podcast or are preparing to launch one as part of a wider personal brand and business growth strategy.
Rather than pursuing well-known guests purely for their profile, Sycamore Communications identifies individuals whose experience, authority and audience are relevant to the podcast host’s commercial goals. The team manages the process from initial strategy through to guest research, personalised outreach, qualification, scheduling, briefing and follow-up. Higher-level packages also include launch positioning, episode planning, studio logistics and guest fee negotiations.
Hannah Viney, Founder of Sycamore Communications, said:
“Podcasting has become an incredibly powerful way for founders and experts to demonstrate what they know, but many brilliant shows struggle because securing the right guests takes time, persistence and trusted relationships.
“We do not send automated invitations or hand clients a directory of names. We speak directly to guests, agents, managers and PR teams, explain why the opportunity is right for them and manage the relationship carefully from the first conversation to the recording.
“A recognised guest can introduce a host to an entirely new audience, but the real value comes from building a consistent pipeline of relevant, credible conversations. One exciting booking creates a moment. A strong series of guests can change how a business owner is perceived.”
The service can support remote and studio-based podcasts, as well as interviews recorded at live events and on stage. Three levels of support are available, and all engagements begin with a minimum 12-week period, allowing the team to establish and develop a consistent guest pipeline.
Sycamore Communications is currently offering free online strategy calls to discuss prospective clients’ podcast goals, target audiences and potential guest opportunities.
